How to use our sauces.

 

House dipping sauce

When serving alongside your dumplings, we recommend mixing in a tablespoon of fresh herbs (cilantro, scallion, chives) and/or fresh aromatics (garlic, shallots). You can also use this sauce as a marinade for fish, poultry or steak.

Aromatic chili oil

Drizzle over anything: pizza, eggs, noodles. We especially like to mix our house dipping sauce and aromatic chili oil together and tossing with any of our wontons.

Toasted sesame sauce

Designed for saucing your vegetables, proteins and noodles. We especially like making a refreshing salad with julienned cucumbers, grated carrots, shredded chicken and fresh herbs, and dressing it with our toasted sesame sauce.

How to store our sauces.

 

House Dipping Sauce

Keep refrigerated and use within 6 months. Separation of the sesame oil is normal. Whisk briefly with a fork or chopsticks to emulsify.

Aromatic Chili OIl

Keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.

Toasted Sesame Sauce

Keep refrigerate and use within 30 days. Separation of the sesame oil is normal. Whisk briefly with a fork or chopsticks to emulsify.
